The banking and financial services sector dominated with 25 influential women, followed by healthcare and technology, each with nine, and venture capital with five.
Dalia Khorshid, CEO and Managing Director of Beltone Holding, secured the 12th position on the list overall and marked her as the top Egyptian business woman.
Following Khorshid was Soha El-Turky, Deputy CEO of the National Bank of Egypt (NBE), at the 15th spot overall.
Holding the 42nd spot overall, Hend El Sherbini of Integrated Diagnostics Holdings (IDH). The IDH Group CEO placed as the 3rd top Egyptian business woman.
Mona Zulficar Founding Partner & Chair of Executive Committee of Zulficar & Partners Law Firm and Chairperson of EFG Holding, took the 48th position.
Tied in the 49th spot were Merette Elsayed; Chief Commercial Officer of Hassan Allam Holding and CEO at Legacy; and Dalia Wahba; CEO of Hassan Allam Utilities.
Elham Mahfouz, CEO of Commercial Bank of Kuwait, ranked 54th, followed by Hoda Mansour, COO for Asia Pacific, Japan, Middle East & Africa at IFS, in 62nd place. Meanwhile, Mirna Arif, General Manager of Microsoft Egypt, secured the 66th position.
Dalia Ibrahim, CEO of Nahdet Misr Publishing House, secured 73rd place, followed by Rasha El-Azhary, CFO of Vodafone Egypt, in 79th, Abir Leheta, CEO of EgyTRANS, at 82nd, Pakinam Kafafi, CEO of TAQA Arabia, in 85th, and Heba Korra, Vice Chairperson of Korra for Energy & Investment Projects, in 96th.
The final three positions were occupied by Omnia Kelig, Group Deputy CEO and Managing Director of Naeem Holding for Investments and Managing Director of Naeem Financial Investments, at 97th, Abeer Saleh, Managing Director of Misr Life Insurance - Takaful, in 98th, and Ahella El Saban, Cofounder & Vice Executive Chairperson of Exits MENA, at 100th.
